How much is shipping within Australia?

We have a flat rate of $15 shipping within Australia.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we can ship overseas. Please contact us at hello@luckycharlie.com.au for a custom shipping quote.

Do you ship to Post Office boxes?

No, you must provide a street address.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are packed twice a week and sent from our headquarters in Byron Bay by Australia Post. Typically, your delivery will arrive within 10 business days of us receiving your payment and funds clearing - often much sooner! Sometimes, due to delays with Auspost, delivery of your items may exceed this window for reasons outside our control. We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible and we will send you an email to let you know when your item has been dispatched by us. Lucky Charlie does not ship on weekends or on NSW or Australian Public Holidays.

What is your Returns Policy? 


We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases or on SALE items. We will of course accept a return of a damaged or faulty item. Please contact hello@luckycharlie.com.au within 7 business days of receiving your item to discuss returns.
